    I fixed it but I would ideally like the search centered and the sign up button on the right. I can’t seem to get it.

    Hi there,

    Update your code to :

    .x-topbar .searchform {
    width: 400px;
    float: none;
    margin-right: auto;
    margin-top: 10px;
    margin-left: auto;
}

    Add this as well :

    .x-topbar p.p-info {
    float: right !important;
    margin: 8px 22px 0px !important;
}

    Hope it helps.
