    Hi,
On my site, I want the “About” menu item to only act as a router to other sub-pages. Right now, if I select “About” and then select it again (ie. I’m not choosing any of the sub-menu items), it navigates to my “About Page”. This page is currently empty. In essence, I created the page merely to act as a router to other sub-pages. But I don’t want the user of the site to be able to navigate to this empty page.

Is there a more elegant way to do what I’m desribing above? Is there an item that I can add to my menu that only acts as a router and isn’t a page/post/etc?

    Hi There,

When you are inside WP-Admin >Appereance > Menus instead of adding a page or a blog you can Add a Custom Link.

Add a Custom Link, Name it About it.

After that remove the # from the URL field.

    Hope that helps,

    Joao
