    Hi there,

    see the 2 screenshots taken from the same browser and also from another browser.
    The menu in the wp-admin is how it should be the other screenshot is what’s live.

    Can someone please take a look – i can’t find where it’s going wrong

    Hey there,

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    It was a cache issue, I cleared your w3 total cache and that fix it.
