    Please update this code

    .x-topbar {
    height: 17px;
    background-color: #1d77ba;
    border: none;
}

    to

    .x-topbar {
    height: 17px;
    background-color: #1d77ba;
    border: none;
    max-height: 17px;
    min-height: 0px !important;
}
