Hello! I am wondering if it’s possible to have a different Nav Menu layout for different pages. I would like the menu to be stacked on the home page, and inline for all secondary pages.

I know the customizer only lets you set inline or stacked for the whole website, so I am wondering if there is an alternative way to get the layouts I’m looking for.

Thanks for writing in!

You’ve use an external plugin to do so, http://wordpress.org/plugins/menu-swapper/ which allows you to specify menu per page/post basis.

Check it’s video which is linked there as well to get started.

I have added the plugin and watched the tutorial, however it shows how to have a different menu with the same layout. I want the same menu, but with a different layout, and for it to still be in the header.
