Hello. I bought my X theme code from Envato Market on Aug 21. I installed the theme with the zip file and when I get to the part where you input your code mine won’t validate for some reason. It says:

“Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid. Details.”
Clicking Details gives me this message:

“The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error. More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

So I’m stuck right now. Could you help me please?

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials
– Purchase code
-Confirm your website URL is well assigned at: https://community.theme.co/my-licenses/

Thanks for providing the information. I have tried validating your site and it did not validate. I have face the following error;

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

So I went to your plugins section and deactivated your caching plugin, W3 Total Cache. I revalidated your X theme again and there it goes, I have successfully validated your X theme. You can not update via automatic updates.

If you need anything else we can help you with, don’t hesitate to open another thread.

Thank you! One question… Above you said “You can not update via automatic updates.” Was that a typo and you meant I can NOW update via automatic updates? Cause that was an aspect I liked the idea of… 🙂
