RupokMemberHi there,
I can see some error on your site that the font awesome files are not there – http://prntscr.com/d1ajl8
If you try to open a font file, you will see it’s not there – http://informsolutions.ca/wp-content/themes/x/framework/fonts/font_awesome/fontawesome-webfont.woff2
If you could see the files there then it’s causing by permission issue or CORS. You can follow this article – https://community.theme.co/kb/solutions-to-potential-setup-issues-font-awesome/
It seems you are using IIS server, so let’s check the ISS server related section on that given article.
Hope this helps.

bigpacificParticipantThanks, went to the host and got this:
Thank you for your reply. We believe the issue on hand is related to the .woff / .woff2 MIME types instead of CORS. That being said, we have just created the MIME Types for the extensions .woff and .woff2 while enabling CORS.
problem resolved!

bigpacificParticipantAlas, the icons now appear in X admin, but tabs do not, and when working in cornerstone slider image does not appear and I am getting a spinning ball where a feature list should appear. Ack. I tried rebooting my system and have tried on latest Chrome and latest Safari on Mac Yosemite. Other x installs on other hosting accounts seem to be fine.

JoaoModeratorHi There,
Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.
define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘256M’ );
define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );You can add it before the line
/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
Here you have a video tutorial in any case:
Let us know how it goes.
Thanks
