my website is : http://www.lucid-trader.com

i check with my host that fine (bluehost)

and then i go to check in https://tools.pingdom.com that tell me as in picture that attach
(wait 16 s only this!)

it Referer http://www.lucid-trader.com/wp-content/themes/x/framework/css/dist/site/stacks/integrity-dark.css?ver=4.6.2

i think my problem is form my theme

I tested the website load time on Pingdom and average page load time is around 1.71 s, which i think is fine enough. However of you would like to further improve page load time, please walk-through following post:
