Hello there,

I want to know what’s the matter that I can’t validate my theme please, I have license and when I enter the purchase code it says “Uh oh, we couldn’t check if this license was valid” There’s no details why is not validated.

I have issues getting cornerstone update and other functions. Please help me get my license for my theme valid.

Please review the Product Validation steps at https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/ to so if you’ve missed something. If you’ve done everything correctly, please give us your license code and access to your WordPress admin in a private reply.

I see you’re still using an old version of X which still uses the old validation process. Please update X manually. See https://community.theme.co/kb/updating-your-theme-and-plugins/ for instruction. Then, validate using the steps here https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/

Once X is validated, please open a separate thread for your Slider Revolution issue.

Thank you, now I installed successfully.

Now I’m having issues trying to remove something from the ubermenu which i don’t know where to delete or deactivate. Help me with that please quick?

Hi,

You can try adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( 'WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '256M' );
define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '512M' );

You can add it before the line

/* That’s all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */
