    Hi, I haven’t been working on the website for some months and I just recently checked it and the theme appears to have disappeared. The website pages just appear as a file structure. I have updated to 4.6.4(I think).

    How do I sort this out. Thanks very much

    Thanks for writing in.

    Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Hi Paul, Yes it looks fine now. I originally tried to view it from a mobile(cell phone) and on a separate laptop and I had the same problem. I didn’t have to clear my browser cache.

    The main thing is that it is working again!! Thanks very much for the assistance
