    Hi there,

    My revoltion slider does not want to get new updates, this coincided with the slider plugin not want to show up on my safari browser, it did on firefox though, i tried to find help on the slider revolution site, but since it has been an add-on to the x-theme i have to update trhough the theme. Yet i cannot find the place where i can do the update in the theme, please help!

    Hi There,

    You should be able to update like any other plugin, you can go to Plugins tab > Updates.

    If you cannot find it,would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.
