Hi there,

Thanks for writing in! It seems you have selected “Random” post to show in Post Slider – http://prntscr.com/byor4z

So you don’t really have any control to specify which posts will be shown there. You can set “Featured” and mark the posts as featured post to show there.

Hi there,

To add gallery on top, please upload images and attache to post page. You can’t create slider with existing images in media library.

I have ask one question before and waiting for you if you can do it for me.

I need archive gallery of posts under my each new posts, as currently each archive category has its own page.

For example if i create a post for fashion category ” fashion trends in 2016 “. i need archive of fashion under each post, i created for that category. I believe you can help me or suggest me hint of files i can alter .

Like the post page will be like that :

——- fashion trends in 2016 —-
——– archive of fashion category in grid style — ( already x have but i need to display under each post )

Ok i will prepare the screen shot for you.

The gallery slider is working now but i need to show the caption also under the images.

this code works great for feature images and i placed it in feature.php file but could you please tell me , what should i need to do , to show caption in post feature slider ?

echo ‘<div class=”post-thumbnail-caption”>’ . get_post(get_post_thumbnail_id())->post_excerpt . ‘</div>’;

And one more thing ,the thumbnails of gallery post slider is not showing in ethos post slider ,And if select the feature image in post , then its excluded from post feature slider.

can you suggest the solution meanwhile i will prepare a screen shot image .

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself. If you have any further questions about the theme, we are more than happy to provide you with assistance on these inquiries.

And one more thing ,the thumbnails of gallery post slider is not showing in ethos post slider ,And if select the feature image in post , then its excluded from post feature slider.

If you want to use image both as slide and featured image, you should upload it twice with different names. One for featured image and one when you insert the slider.
