You should only use a div ID once on a page. Try to assign a different ID to the sections that will be displayed on the desktop and mobile. Then create a separate menu item that will be displayed and be linked to the mobile sections. You can control the display of the menu items by adding a class value to the menu items. To make the menu items display only on desktop screens, add the classes: cs-hide-sm cs-hide-xs then to display menu items on mobile, add this classes: cs-hide-xl cs-hide-lg cs-hide-md.
