    hello i have a problem, the menu butten dont work on a mobile mode, i search on this forum and i sow that many people had the same problem please help me …

    Are you sure I need to update? I purchased the X theme today and i downloaded the X theme today I thought it was up to date in your site…. its version 4.6.1

    & may be you can help me with that please i dont
    really know how to update “Cornerstone & WordPress”..

    As you can see (in the picture that i attached )I have installed the latest version of wordpress and all my plugins up to date
    and the menu button is still not working

    please fix it for me, I purchased the X theme today and i need to know if that problem can be fixd

    Hi again,

    Your site is generating an error in browser’s console that is breaking the theme. Error is coming from a third party plugin “Elementor Page Builder”, Please disable it and reload the site again.

    This should fix the issue, do let us know how this goes!

    i tornd off the elementor plugin And it still does not work …
    and i allso I tried to tornd off all the plugins i have, and the menu butten still Does not work..

    please ..

    This is a very major problem, without a menu butten it is impossible to build a site ,

    Hi Benny,

    You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    If this doesn’t work, would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

    – Link to your site
    – WordPress Admin username / password
    – FTP credentials

    Don’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

    Hi there,

    Please ask your host provide for FTP credentials. Connect to FTP and remove cornerstone folder from wp-content/plugins. The cornerstone you currently have isn’t the one belongs to x. After removing the folder, visit X addons page to install cornerstone automatically.
