JoaoModeratorHi There,
To Validate your license please follow this steps:
1] Please go to X Addons > Home and revoke the validation (https://s3.amazonaws.com/community-themeco/app/uploads/2016/04/17110514/Capture53.jpg).
2] Please login to your account and revoke the license (if you have already assign it) https://community.theme.co/my-licenses/
3] After you have revoke the license, you need to re assign the license again to your site using this url: https://www.your-domain.com/. You have to make sure that url you just assign is the same as the one you have in your settings, Settings > General > Site Address. The main site and the development site should be different urls. If you do no have any development site, there is no need to assign it.
4] Go back to X Addons > Home again, and insert the license again.
And please review the changes that we made on how you are going to validated your X theme because we made a big change in the process. Please check it out here: https://community.theme.co/kb/product-validation/
Hope that helps
Joao

– Link to your site
– Your license key (purchase code)
– WordPress Admin username / passwordDon’t forget to select Set as private reply. This ensures your information is only visible to our staff.

Hello [provider],
My WordPress installation is having a hard time making outbound HTTP requests. I’m using X theme and it makes a request to community.theme.co for setting up automatic updates.
Could you please do the following?
– Ensure my site can reach this domain: community.theme.co
– Ensure cURL is working, and allow_url_fopen is enabled.
– Ensure PHP is configured with the latest CA Root Certificates.
– Check into the error message above. Please advise on anything you discover. Thank you.
Let us know how it goes.

RadModeratorHi there,
Would you mind following the suggested procedure? The IP should be 54.231.82.114 and 208.117.43.145
Responses are blank when the requests are issued by your site, but when I tried it on my site it works. Hence, really something is blocking all requests on your hosting.
Thanks!

ryanklusmeyerParticipantThat worked!
Thanks

Rue NelModeratorHi Blake,
Thanks for updating this thread! At this time we kindly ask that you open up your issue in a separate thread. The longer threads get in the forum, they become more difficult to support as they tend to drift off topic and they also make it troublesome for users trying to search for solutions. Keeping threads relevant to their original inquiry ensures that we can keep better track of what has been resolved and that users can more effectively find answers to similar issues they might be experiencing.
Thanks!
