preetgaParticipantHi there,
I have searched the forum for reasons why my favicon won’t work and I still can’t figure out what the issue could be. It’s a .ico file. I’ve deleted my cache and browser history etc but it still doesn’t show up…please help!
my website is http://www.naturalhealthstar.com
Many thanks,

RupokMemberHi Preet,
I can see favicon on your site – http://prntscr.com/dahh98
It might take some time to appear. You can check from a different browser.
Thanks!

preetgaParticipantHi Rupok,
Thanks so much for getting back to me. The trouble I have is when sharing my website. For example, when I copy and paste http://www.naturalhealthstar.com to my whatsapp or to a facebook post the favicon wont appear. Please see screenshot of my facebook post attached. You can see the text to the right but the box on the left is empty.
Best regards,

JadeModeratorHi Preet,
Thanks for writing in! We recommend Yoast SEO this plugin has a flexible control over open graph.
If you choose that path, you need to disable the X Open Graph to avoid conflict. That is on Customizer > Social > Enable Open Graph.
Keep in mind that Facebook cache is brutal, so always debug the page here: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/ after you change something, so facebook can fetch that new information.
Hope it helps, Cheers!
