Im currently using the ethos stack, when i create a new page the entire page is dark with red site links to the right. I would like a simple white background for my pages and no red site links, please advise on what i should do. Attached is a screen shoot of my issue.

Seems like your CSS is not loading?

Are you using a Child Theme? if yes try swiching to the parent theme, if the problem gets fixed you might need to upgrade your Child Theme > https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/child-theme-updates/

If that is not the case :

Would you mind providing us with login credentials so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:

– Link to your site
– WordPress Admin username / password
– FTP credentials

Thanks but it’s not fixed. If I create a new page and preview it , it goes to the dark page with all my pages links to the right of the page. I can’t even access any of the links to the right of this dark page.

Please clean your cache and test it again, it seems fine on my end.

Still not working, the site is fine from the user side, but any page I open or create from the admin side I get the dark page. Once this page comes up I cant edit or select anything on that page. I am using the link roiwellnessconnect.com/wp-admin/. This redirects me to the dark page and i cant do anything from there. My goal is to create more pages but i cant access my dashboard.

Hello There,

Thanks for updating in! Based on the information you have given, it looks like there is a Fatal Error in your site. We have tried resolving it by accessing the file in the FTP regretfully we cannot do much because our access is only limited to the themes folder.

Can you please enable WP_DEBUG mode? You can do this by opening wp-config.php and adding
define( 'WP_DEBUG' , true ); just above /* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */ For example:

define('WP_DEBUG', true);

/* That's all, stop editing! Happy blogging. */

When you revisit the page, you should have some error output describing the issue in more detail.
