Susan SParticipantI am having an issue with the downloads on my woocommerce store with digital products. Some download fine and some do not. I checked my cpanel to make sure that the files in my store were named correctly and that the file is in the wp-content/uploads/… folder that the pdf is in.
Wordpress ver 4.6.1
X ver 4.6.4 with child theme
cornerstone ver 1.3.3woocommerce ver 2.6.7
Can you help. I was also having trouble logging in with the ftp filzilla and have a call into them
Thanks Team,

Susan SParticipantThe message I get is opps this page does not exist. I checked in my cpanel and the files are in there and that is why it is listed in the product email that comes.

Susan SParticipantI also went back into my product pages in woo commerce and updated the page just to be sure, making sure I had all the correct names of the files that are in my cpanel. This did not help. When I go into my cpanel and go into the folder in file manager, I am able to download the file. So it is in the wp-content folder properly, the connection is my store when the page to pop up for download says opps still. This is an issue with one file in 3 of my products. Confused. Thanks team.

Susan SParticipantSo sorry guys. I found a space in each of these.
Arg! That was my problem. A space is hard to see sometimes.
Please ignore request. All is well.
