after i install my convert plug I get this message on my admin panel

The http://www.dghanma.com page isn’t working

http://www.dghanma.com redirected you too many times.

but the admin panel is not

Hi there,

Thanks for posting in.

Looks like it has internal caching that can’t be cleared. I uninstalled the ConvertPlug through FTP and in admin, it still says it’s installed. I installed a transient cleaner but got this message,

An external object cache is in use so Transient Cleaner is not required. Please disable the plugin

I tried my copies and it’s the same, and no error is displayed. I’ll continue checking, but would you mind providing your CPANEL login credentials? Maybe it’s related to open_basedir.

Please note I stopped the convert plugin until you fix it

another thing the yo must know that my hosting is adding a purge varnish so no need to add any cash plugin

Thanks, that could be the reason. Any unmanageable cache could cause issue.
