rafaelgarbertParticipantHey guys,
i have add to card Buttons in my Price Table. The problem is they jump to the top of the Site. I have no idea whats the problem. Can you have a look at it? When you go into Cornerstone everything is fine.

ChristianModeratorHey Rafael,
Are you experiencing this on mobile only because if that is the case, there is a currently known bug in X which affects links with # or fragment identifier.
If this happens on desktop also, please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If that doesn’t help, give us the URL of your site.
Thanks.

ChristianModeratorI clicked the buttons in your site and they don’t jump to the Top. Could you give us screenshots or a screen recording of what’s happening on your end?
Thanks.

rafaelgarbertParticipantThe buttons need to be under the Pricing Table. But they are on top of the Site

Paul RModeratorHi,
I would like to check on the backend but the default login url(wp-admin or wp-login.php) doesn’t work.
Can you provide us your login url.
Thanks

ChristianModeratorI’m currently not sure what is causing this so please clear all caches and deactivate all third party plugins while we investigate so we could rule out plugin conflict.
I’ve tested this setup (
[add_to_cart]shortcode inside the Pricing Table element) and it works (not displaying on top) on my test site.Thanks.

rafaelgarbertParticipantI´d test a few Plugins. I found out that the Woocommerce Germanized Plugin makes the Problem. But i´m not sure why and what i have to do now

JoaoModeratorThanks for writing in! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin or script. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.
