    Q: How do I shorten the “open” area between the menu and my page starting (where the transparent background starts)?

    Hi Bent,

    You can add this under Custom > Edit Global CSS in the Customizer.

    
body .x-main.full {
    margin-top:0;
}

    You may change 0 to adjust spacing.
