    Hi,
    So I’m trying to get the menu bar to start at the bottom of the page and as the user scrolls down have it float to the top.

    I have read other threads, and it looks like I have to get the silder revolution plug in, but then do I need to purchase a slider template? If so which one should I purchase?

    It says that I have to pay 19$ to activte the plugin, is this true?

    Hi There,

    Thanks for writing in.

    You do not need any purchases to add the menu in the bottom of the slider.

    In your page settings, set your slider in Slider above masthead and to make it fix, check your customizer under header and set your menu to fix.
