pipb8kerParticipantHi there,
I am having issues with two pages with sidebars on my site – http://www.lucernepartners.com/
CORRECT layouts – http://www.lucernepartners.com/lucerne-private-wealth/ – The background image in the section sits under the menu.
INCORRECT layout – http://www.lucernepartners.com/about-lucerne/ and http://www.lucernepartners.com/lucerne-funds-management/ – The background image in the section sits in the content area and the sidebar sits to the left. how to I get the image to look like the other pages?
thanks

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
since the page has sidebar, you have to add slider below masthead to achieve the same layout like the other page.
Hope it helps.

pipb8kerParticipantSorry but these aren’t sliders. They are background images
I did have revolution sliders but they don’t appear to work in chrome or IE with the latest updates.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I know, but since the page layout is sidebar-content, you have to add slider to replicate the layout.
Please add slider with one image. If you have problem displaying slider on chrome or IE, please add slider so we can see the issue.Thanks.

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
hope it helps.

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. It turns out that there is a JS error on the page. Please have the custom css code updated and use this instead:
(function($){ //Change OOPS $('.error404 .h-landmark span').text('No Results Found'); //Change You blew up the Internet. $('.error404 .p-landmark-sub span').text('Sorry this page no longer exists.'); //Change Content Text $('.entry-404 .center-text').text('The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate what you are looking for.'); })(jQuery) </script><script src='https://www.google.com/recaptcha/api.js'>Adding the google recaptcha js created the issue. It should been enqueued properly. Anyways, the code update above should resolve the issue. Please let us know after so that we can re check the slider again.
Hope this helps.

ChristianModeratorI added your home slider below your home page’s masthead and it displays fine (see attachment). I’ve tested on different browsers including Chrome. Would you mind giving us screenshots or screen recording of what’s happening on your end? Also, remove browser extensions and then check again.
Thanks.
