I want to have a page where up to eight thumbnail images cause their enlarged version to appear on the same page on mouseover – here is an example: http://www.amblesideonline.co.uk/display/whiteplatts/main.html

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully this isn’t a feature offered by X. It could be possible with custom development, but this would be outside the scope of support we can offer. You may wish to consult a developer to assist you with this. X is quite extensible with child themes, so there are plenty of possibilities. Thanks for understanding. Take care!
Thanks. The link I quoted at http://www.amblesideonline.co.uk/display/whiteplatts/main.html runs the mouseover using a simple javascript, file attached.
I have tried but so far completely failed to incorporate this script using your online instructions about registering and enqueuing. Double dutch to me I’m afraid and if I may say so, not very clear instructions anyway 🙂

Regretfully, this particular customization request is outside the scope of our support as this is not related to an issue with the theme and instead has to do with your customization of it. As such, you will need to investigate this particular issue on your own or seek help from a developer should you not feel comfortable making these changes yourself.
