    Hi there,
    I’m using modal popup on my site palimeovocie.sk/obchod. Everything works perfectly but I have one question. I’m using button as a close link but it tooks about 3 seconds until popup disappears. I want to ask you how to set up button to close popup immediately?

    Hello There,

    Thanks for writing in! To set up a button to close the popup, please edit your Modal Popup again and find the Close Link section. This is the option where in you can select to have a text, image or no close link at all. Please check out my screenshot: http://prntscr.com/d6ynow

    the thing is that I don’t want to use close link because I need to use button “ÁNO” to close popup.

    Regretfully, at this time I am not entirely certain what it is you would like to accomplish based on the information given in your post. If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do ( perhaps some screenshots), we’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.

    Ok sorry for that.

    On our site palimeovocie.sk/obchod we have a modal popup everything works perfectly. We disabled close link so the popup is closing after click on the button “ÁNO” (visitors should click the button to continue on page, that’s why close link is disabled). My only question is if it is possible to close popup immediately because now time between clicking the button and disappearing of modal is something about 3-4 seconds.

    Please set ‘Exit Animation Effect’ to ‘none’, see the attachment.

    Hi there,
    we turned off exit animation effect but there is still same delay between click and disappearing.

    Hi there,

    It’s because when you click it, it will send the request to the site and it will only close when it receive a response through ajax.

    If form is not needed, you should try other form of modal popup, something that doesn’t need submissin or the blank one.
