    Hello,

    I am using Convertplug to open newsletter form on my website.
    However on mobile when I try to write on a field it gets animated. I don’t know why.

    Is there any solution for that problem ?

    Would you mind providing a screen recording of the issues you’re getting? Is it the animation of the modal popup, or does field has separate animation than the others?

    It is the name and email fields as a separate animation from the main modal.
    When you click to fill you name or email, the modal is animated. I have disabled animation on mobile since the issue is only reported on mobile but it doesn’t help!

    I don’t know if screenshot can help since the problem is with the animation..

    Hello,
    On the last section of the website, please click on the enveloppe in order to see the pop up. It’s triggered with a css class.

    Hello,
    I have tried it from a chrome device and it worked fine! However the bug is always persistend on iphone. Have you tried on Safari on iphone ?

    I will send a recording once I ulpload it.

    Hi there,

    It looks like it’s re-rendering when keyboard is triggered upon focus on the inputs. And it could be that ConvertPlug’s animation is re-triggered on any visual change in safari. Unfortunately, I can’t get deeper into the core of the plugin to verify this. It’s not simply bug that can be fixed by CSS or javascript without modifying the core. But I’ll keep on checking.
