duvalcsParticipantHey There,
I built a site using X http://keto.nerdsbynight.com/ and when I update my menu inside Appearance -> Menu it doesn’t update the mobile slide out menu with the correct permalinks.
Am I doing something wrong? Where else could the mobile menu be located maybe in the framework?
Thanks,
Ryan

RupokMemberHi Ryan,
The menu in mobile seems same as the desktop on my end. Would you point us which menu is not updating? Make sure to clear your cache before checking.
Thanks!

duvalcsParticipantHey Rupok,
Try clicking the past boxes tab in the mobile menu, do you get a 404?
I will try clearing my cache in the meantime.(Update: That didn’t work)
I also noticed a problem removing a certain permalink but I run 2 other X theme setups on the same hosting.
Any ideas what might be going on?
Thanks!

RupokMemberHi Ryan,
Thanks for writing back. It seems you are using a duplication navigation on sidebar or something – http://prntscr.com/cilfpl
Let’s find and remove this to get expected result because it’s interfering on mobile.
Cheers!

duvalcsParticipantWhere should I be looking? Can I give you ftp and wp admin?

RupokMemberHi there,
Not sure from where you set that, might a plugin as well. But the CSS is coming through the Child Theme’s CSS so I believe somehow you added this. Let’s try to find that. You can provide your WordPress and FTP credentials and we can try as well.
Cheers!

LelyModeratorHello Ryan,
Unfortunatey, I can’t login to your hosting. I am getting this error.
530 Login authentication failed
On WordPress Admin, I did check your child theme functions.php. There’s no code there that was adding that special menu for mobile. I want to check other templates but I am not able to do so because I need correct FTP credentials Just to make, please try switching, from child theme to main X theme. Then check your site again. Does the issue still exists even if using main X theme? If it disappears, please try to backup all content of your child theme. Then remove each template and it one by one. This way we can see which template cause the issue. Do let us know how this goes. -
