Hi,
I’m using Ethos and my site is struggling to load on my cell phone.
I did 3 speed tests.
The first two times the website didn’t load at all and the last time have me a poor score.Please help.

I checked your website on GTMetrix and on my Mobile and the results were pretty good.
If you feel it is unstable I recommend you contacting your hosting provider regarding this issue, because everything looks fine, loaded fast on my mobile + good score on GTMetrix.

Since I installed the cornerstone update I haven’t been able to load my site on my cell at all . I still cant.
So if you are seeing a good score then clearly that’s desktop which is not at all my issue.
Most of the people who search my site do so via mobile phone.

First of all I loaded your site on my Mobile and It loaded quite fast.
I am attached here the jcrop folder from one of my websites
I recommend you ziping your jcrop folder and saving to your computer and try installing the one attached here instead.
If it breaks your site you can put your folder back and we can look for a different solution,
