On my mobile phone(iphone 5), whenever I go to my site https://www.goalsarecool.com/ and scroll there is a long delay and the screen freezes. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Thanks for writing in! Are you using CloudFlare or may have installed a caching plugin like WordFence, W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache? Or maybe you have 3rd party plugins, like Better WordPress Minify, used for minifying the scripts? Please keep in mind that after doing every updates, always remember to clear all caches when updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.

I am using better wordpress minify but none of the other plugins mentioned. I’ve cleared cache and the issue is still there. Can you please assist?

Hi there,

Would you mind providing your login credentials? There are 2 javascript errors originating from minified files. I like to see if it’s something related to scrolling. Scrolling is also slow on my desktop, it’s jittering.

Thanks for writing back. I have tested your site with Mobile device and didn’t face any freezing issue. Would you check with a different device? And update the outdated plugins.
