    My website doesn’t work right on mobile, though it works perfectly on desktop. On mobile, I have a little square menu box, and I should be able to click on it to see the menu options. However, when I click on the menu box, it won’t open. It either does nothing or reloads the page I’m on. But I can’t see the menu options to go to different pages on my site.

    How can I fix this so that the menu opens on mobile?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the reply. I have updated the X theme and all plugins successfully.

    However, the issue with the menu box on mobile still persists. Is there a way to make it so that will open correctly on mobile?

    Hello There,

    We have tested your site on a mobile device and the menu opens. Please try to clear your browser’s cache or use Chrome’s incognito mode and test again your site.

    Hi,

    That’s weird. I just tested it on three different mobile devices – iPhones and an iPad – and the menu doesn’t work on any of them.

    Do you know what could be causing the issue?

    Thanks for catching that issue with the footer html! I just fixed it.

    Do you think the large wide image is causing the issue? Because I suspected that the image is too wide and is kind of blocking the menu from opening on social. But my team didn’t want to change the image and still think it’s something else causing the problem.

    Hi there,

    Hmm, I can’t find any issue and there is no error.

    How about installing X shortcodes from Admin > Addons > Extensions first? I don’t see it being there.
