I’m using a single page menu system with many top links being custom links to direct down on the landing page. The sub menu below these show and open fine on the desktop. However on the mobile the arrow which shows that there are sub menus won’t open then up. No matter where I press it’ll only direct me down the page to the custom link. I have used additional code provided on this site to help move the mobile below the telephone numbers so I don’t know if that’s the cause.
    I think all elements/plugins are up-to-date!
    Your help please.

    Web site is: http://www.cascadetesting.co.uk/

    Best regards
    Stuart

    Hello There,

Thanks for providing the information. it appears that you are using an older version of X(4.4.2) and Cornerstone(1.3.1). Most of the time, out dated theme and plugins will create issues in your site.

    Our latest versions are:
    X Theme: 4.6.2
    Cornerstone: 1.3.2
    Visual Composer: 4.12

You can find the latest version numbers here: (http://theme.co/changelog/) Then you can compare them to what’s installed on your site.

If you find anything to be out of date, you can review our update guide.

Please let us know how it goes.

I’ve updated everything as suggested and the issue is still there. I’m accessing the site from an iPhone 6, just in case that helps. Your further assistance please. I have another site which has the same problem and that has been fully updated as well. I’m hoping your fix for this site will get them both working.

    Best regards
    Stuart

    Hi Stuart,

I could not login with the provided credentials.

Can you confirm if they are correct?

    Thanks

    Joao
