I have the X Theme installed (version 4.5.2) and the X Child Theme (Version 1.0.0) and for some reason, my mobile menu is not opening up when clicked. It did work so not sure when this issue started happening but had to be within the last month.

I tried deactivating ALL plugins and the problem still persisted.

Hey James,

Upon checking your website, I could see some JS files return 403 error:

– http://atcdomainsolutions.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/js/dist/site/cs-head.min.js?ver=1.2.4
– http://atcdomainsolutions.com/wp-content/plugins/cornerstone/assets/js/dist/site/cs-body.min.js?ver=1.2.4

Could you please login to your FTP and check them exist or not?

Also, I noticed the accordions I built with X are not working either (not dropping down) on this page so I’m assuming this is all tied in?

Hi There,

I have tested your website on Firefox Android and the menu is working fine and so are the accordion items.

Would you mind telling us which device you are using while experiencing the issue.

Also please clean your browser cache and test it again
