hkf_22ParticipantHi, the menu icon on my website’s mobile view stopped working randomly. I wasn’t even editing or trying to work on it yet it still managed to stop working. I checked if there is a similar problem and they all refer back to updating the theme or WordPress but both of mine are updated.

LelyModeratorHi There,
Thank you for the URL. The class that should be added for the dropdown menu to show is not added as expected.
Please clear cache and then try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.December 12, 2016 at 3:50 am #1289703
hkf_22ParticipantI tried to do it, it appears to be when i deactivate cornerstone this problem occurs. But I don’t want to use cornerstone.

Paul RModeratorHi,
Cornerstone is a required plugin, it cannot be deactivated as the theme needs it to work correctly.

Thanks

hkf_22ParticipantOh ok, good to know that. Thank you.
I’m facing another problem, I’ve been trying for weeks now to add a carousel with lightbox for one of the pages in the website (collections) and many plugins worked fine, until I view it from the mobile view and the page keeps getting reloaded with this message showing (A problem occurred with this webpage so it was reloaded).
Also, the slider I have (Revolution Slider) in the home page, takes very long time to load from the mobile view, as well.
If you have any solutions for these issues, please let me know.

Paul RModeratorHi,
It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin(swiper slider and carousel). Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.
Thank you for your understanding.

hkf_22ParticipantI understand your point, but the thing is, it’s whenever I try to add a carousel or slider into that page I get the error message from the mobile view.

hkf_22ParticipantPlease note that I’ve added almost over 10 other carousel or slider plugins

RupokMemberHi there,
Which slider you have tried? Are you facing this with our integrated sliders (Revolution Slider, Layer Slider etc.) or any third party slider?
Let us know.

hkf_22ParticipantI’m currently using Revolution Slider and it’s loading really slow via mobile.
& I used different types of carousels with lightbox and they give me the message I sent above (error).December 13, 2016 at 3:05 pm #1291824
JadeModeratorHI there,
Would you mind providing your admin details so we can check this further?
Thank you.

LelyModeratorHi There,
I am getting this error on your homepage:
Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected identifier (index):1 Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected end of inputIt seems that the code is minified when I view the source. Please note that minifying is not needed because the theme used minified version of jquery libraries and code. Try also to clear cache after.
