bridesandgroomsParticipantGoogle is saying that my theme is not mobile friendly, and the homepage appears different on my iphone 6 than as shown in cornerstone. It looks the same as desktop appearance / google says it looks. Very likely we are getting tagged because of small type and links too close together plus mobile viewport not set.
We did a bit of research, and do not understand what everybody else is talking about. We are using the icon stack, but do not see where there are ten versions to try.

RupokMemberHi there,
That’s not your actual site and you are just using iframe to show the site from http://www.bridesandgroomsexpo.com/wordpress/
I am not sure why you are doing this but you never should do such and your website is just an iframe now. So you can’t expect anything from Google or any search engine.
If you visit the original site (http://www.bridesandgroomsexpo.com/wordpress/) where WordPress and X is installed, you will see it’s perfectly responsive.
Hope this makes sense.

bridesandgroomsParticipantOK, well this goes back to my last thread, then. My web site needs to be migrated to the root folder. I did this on recommendation and it destroyed the website that was then rebuilt. So, I need a reilable way to migrate this site without messing up Cornerstone.

bridesandgroomsParticipantI called support for my host, they helped me install an index.php file creating the iframe as an easy way to avoid typing “/wordpress” after the root url. So, they agreed that I need to migrate to the root. Don’t you have a simple plug-in to do this? Is this the instructions: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/moving-wordpress-out-of-folder/
So, can I do this? We followed this previously, then Cornerstone didn’t show the page elements for half the pages! Please advise.

FriechModeratorHi There,
You can move the WordPress files on the root directory like a normal migration process. But follow the guide here: https://community.theme.co/kb/cornerstone-migration/ on how you can update the URLs on database (
http://www.bridesandgroomsexpo.com/wordpress/ to http://www.bridesandgroomsexpo.com/).Let us know how it goes.
Thanks.
