    Hi,
    Google has told me that my mobile and desktop speed are very slow. They said this is what I need to fix for mobile.

    Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
    Enable compression
    Minify JavaScript
    Leverage browser caching
    Reduce server response time

    For Desktop:

    Optimise images
    Enable compression
    Minify JavaScript
    Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content
    Leverage browser caching
    Reduce server response time

    I was wondering out of the list what you could help with?

    Please check this https://community.theme.co/kb/performance/

    You’ll have to use 3rd party plugin to optimize your site. WordPress has theme and plugins from different authors, and optimization will be tricky.
