    Hello There,

    Thanks for updating in! I can not logged in the staging site. I have tested Cornerstone and it appears that there is a JS error on the page.

    mCustomScrollbar() function seems not being loaded in the page. This is what have caused the issue and prevented Cornerstone from loading. Please resolve this JS error so that Cornerstone will load. Switching to the parent X theme should make Cornerstone work again. Since you already made some modifications, these modification errors prevented Cornerstone from working properly.

    Hope this explains it.

    Hello There,

    All these trouble is because of the redirection and your custom JS which refers to mCustomScrollbar which is causing an issue in your site.

    Please switch the theme to twenty sixteen or twenty seventeen or even the parent theme and test again Cornerstone and the customizer.
