    Good morning I have an issue with some of the variations I created for a Woocommerce product not showing in the dropdown menu on the product page. The variations show in the back-end and they all have prices allocated so I’m not sure what the issue could be!

    I have three options, “Fragrance 1′, ‘Fragrance 2’ and ‘Burner Colour’ – the latter two dropdowns work fine but the first dropdown is missing four options. I can’t seem to work out why.

    Please can you help?

    Hey Antony,

    Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Also, you’re on PHP 5.5.38. Woocommerce recommends a minimum PHP version of 5.6. Contact your hosting provider to update.

    Thanks Christian. Tried disabling all plugins excluding WooCommerce and no joy I’m afarid. Also upgraded to PHP 5.6 and still no luck.

    Did you at any time modified or overriden WooCommerce template files? If so, please remove them temporarily.

    I changed one of your variations (see attachment) and it displayed in the front-end (see attachment). This is most probably due to the combination of your variations. Please check WooCommerce’s documentation.

    In this page http://thewaxhouse.co.uk/product/luxury-wax-melt-gift-box-2-melts/, I changed variation #830 (see previous attachment). The issue most probably is due to your variation combination. Please see WooCommerce’s documentation to see how to setup a variation.

    When you say you changed variation #830 what did you change please? If you just tell me what you did that could help.
