Hi guys,

After updating our X-Theme we have lost our tagline and telephone number from beneath our site logo at the top (screenshot attached of how it looked before)

Could you please let us know what code we need to enter to get this back?

Hi guys, need some help pretty urgently.

We’ve discovered why the top banner is missing our tagline and telephone number as it was custom code in the child theme Renew and when we did the update it activated the standard X Theme.

When activating the Renew child theme it has caused the entire site to mess up! We have had to revert back to the main X Theme however need to use Renew so enable our custom code across the site.

All other plugins are up to date and activated (cornerstone, visual composer etc)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi There,

At this time you will need to do a child theme update, it is quite simple, so no biggie.

Hi Joao,

Thanks for directing me to the article, it did the trick!
I thought it might be the child theme itself but couldn’t see anywhere about an update on envato or on wordpress/themes.
