garethvaughanParticipantHi
I have just bought X-Theme. I have installed the Visual Composer plugin and everything is activated. I am using WP v 4.6.1 and the latest X-Theme v 4.6.4. I go in to create a page, click to create with either the back end or front editor with Visual composer and drag in some content blocks. Everything is listed in the editor page. Once saved, no content displays on the live site at all. Yet if I use the same text inside the plain text editor or the cornerstone editor everything appears as it should. Please can you tell me why the screen is empty?
Thank you

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for providing the information. To run X smoothly, you need to install Cornerstone plugin. All the shortcodes and its functionalities has been integrated in this plugin. Cornerstone should have been installed and activated automatically when you active X theme. To re install x, if ever is not installed yet, simply go to X Addons page and it will get automatically installed. It must be activated so that the contents of the post/page will display.
By the way, the given password for the WordPress dashboard is not working for us. Please double check it.
Thank you.

RadModeratorHi there,
Cornerstone and VS shouldn’t be active on the same screen, and I checked and I don’t see any issue. How can we reproduce this issue? Does it affect specific pages?
Thanks!

garethvaughanParticipantI thought that was the case but the screenshot showed it was possible. I decided to delete the page and create a new one with the same name and that sorted the issue. It was easier than try and work out what had gone wrong.
