    hello, I finally want to migrate the site to go online. Have set the hosting site up, with support from the host, and used UpDraft Plus to upload a backup. now trying to restore but get the following error message:
    The theme directory “x-child” does not exist.

    can you help – this is urgent as our site is down now.
