KarenBush1ParticipantYesterday my hosting company moved my site from the development location to the actual domain. Except for a few glitches, all was well. I unassigned the X theme license, reassigned it to the domain name, then added the first location back as the development location. Overnight, the whole website has broken and it seems that X theme is not working. This is an emergency as the new site is supposed to be rolled out today. Please help.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for the credentials!
Can you double check the issue please? The site seems to work fine here. See the screenshot!
If you wouldn’t mind providing us with a little more clarification on what it is you’re wanting to do. We’ll be happy to provide you with a response once we have a better understanding of the situation.
Thanks for understanding!

KarenBush1ParticipantI can see the site correctly on Chrome and Internet Explorer but not in FireFox – there are many oddities. On the About page, the top logo is replaced by text. On many pages, images are missing. This was all working in Firefox up until this morning. I know this because I used Firefox to develop the site.

KarenBush1ParticipantHowever, if you can confirm that my theme is correctly licensed for the domain (as well as the staging subdomain), I will be able to narrow it down that the problem has to do with the server issues.

RahulModeratorHey There,
Thanks for writing back!
You can check the assigned domain within the ThemeCo account. Just go to your ThemeCo account and then select manage licenses. You can see the Purchase code along with the Assigned website right there. See attached!
Hope this helps!
