Hi there, I’ve taken over for a client as their new developer and the old dev can’t find the login information for the Themeco account. All of the X theme purchases show up in the Envato account I have access to but I want to get them all into one Themeco account as well so I can set up dev sites for each. Only the one I just purchased today is there right now and when I try to add the old ones it says that they are already registered to another account and to contact support for help.

Thanks for writing in! To be able to merge your 2 accounts, please provide us the purchase codes and the username where you would be merging your two account to. Please keep in mind that in doing that, we will be deleting the other account.
And please do not forget to se your reply as private to make sure that only you and our staff will see your response.
