Upon checking, I can see you have set your link to #vragen but there is no section with that id.

Please add ids to your sections and link your menus to it.

Please disable ubermenu and check your page again.

I see although you set ‘one page navigation menu’ for home page but it still displays primary menu.

Please disable plugin under plugins page. You should keep one page navigation as primary menu and one page navigation shouldn’t be the same.

You can add this under Custom > CSS in the Customizer.

@media (max-width: 979px) {
    .x-navbar-inner .x-container {
        position: relative;
    }

    .x-brand {
        position: absolute !important;
        bottom: -25px;
        top: auto !important;
    }
}
