    Hi,

    Please update Xtheme to latest version(V 4.4.1 ) then install the required plugin cornerstone via Addons > Home

    Hi Paul,

    I have updated to the latest x theme, on its on that hasn’t made any difference, however having trouble with installing cornerstone as I deleted it previously. I am not a big fan of conrnerstone, it seems to send various other plugins I like to use into a spin, but willing to try it again if that is what is needed to get the mobile menu working. How can I install cornerstone since I have deleted it?

    Thanks for writing back!

    Yes, Cornerstone is important to be installed for X to run properly. You can install it under Addons > Home in your WordPress dashboard.

    Cornerstone doesn’t appear on the home page anywhere.

    Hello There,

    It appears that you have installed the wrong Cornerstone plugin.
    http://prntscr.com/b8lc27

    Please go to Plugins and please delete Cornerstone by Archtype. This plugin has nothing to do with X. Once it is deleted, X will automatically install the bundled Cornerstone plugin which is the one needed to run X.

    Please let us know how it goes.

    Thanks for your help, that has worked, menu is now working on the mobile.

    However, my testimonial plugin WP Testimonials is now doing strange things, text doesn’t fit properly sideways, and navigation buttons have moved down low and their appearance has changed instead of being at the sides of the testimonial?

    Thanks for the updates! It sounds like you might be having an issue with a third party plugin, WP Testimonials. Regretfully, we cannot provide support for third party plugins or scripts as our support policy in the sidebar states due to the fact that there is simply no way to account for all of the potential variables at play when using another developer’s plugin or script. Because of this, any questions you have regarding setup, integration, or troubleshooting any piece of functionality that is not native to X will need to be directed to the original developer.

    I am sure they will just tell me to uninstall Cornerstone, as it works perfectly if cornerstone isn’t installed?

    Hi,

    Sorry, Cornerstone is required for xtheme to work correctly so it cannot be removed.
