ChristopherModeratorHi there,
Please try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
Hope it helps.

RupokMemberHi there,
I can see some jS errors on your console that seems related to Jetpack or any of your custom script – http://prntscr.com/b7q2fv
Did you disable Jetpack (as I am not sure which module you are using) to check this?
Thanks

ChristopherModeratorHi there,
I just duplicated your page in a new page called ‘X support’ (see http://startuplogan.com/?page_id=3879#), upon checking your page I noticed you added JS and CSS in a text element which is causing the issue, I went ahead and remove it to fix the issue, please see the attachment.
Hope it helps.
