rgboyleParticipantHi,
Here is our website: http://www.cicadabay.com/oliveskitchen
On some iPhones there is no menu link showing.
Any assistance appreciated.
We are also finding the Soundy Audio Playlist is causing some conflicts with Safari, on iPads as well as iPhones. If it is activated, the Slider Revolution slides will not show and the rest of the Home page is distorted. Deactivating the plugin fixes the problem (but doesn’t fix the menu problem). I have contacted the Soundy developers on this problem. The problem does not occur in Firefox when used on Ipad.
Kind regards

Rue NelModeratorHello There,
Thanks for writing in! Since you have installed a caching plugin W3 Total Cache, please clear your plugin cache before testing your site. This can cause the changes to not take place on the front end. It will eventually show up when the cache regenerates, but it’s not ideal if you’re looking to see your changes immediately. Caching plugins are best to turn on only when you’ve finished building the site.
And after clearing your plugin cache, please try to use Safari and Firefox private browsing mode and test your site again. Hope this would help.
Please let me know.

rgboyleParticipantThe problem or a similar one is now occurring on some iPads and some iPhones, in particular, the slider on the Home Page will not activate and the rest of the home page (if you scroll down) is distorted.
I have deleted W3 Total Cache and cleaned up history, used private browsing etc but the problem persists.
Any other suggestions?
Many thanks in anticipation.

RupokMemberHi there,
Thanks for writing back. I have tested with Safari and can’t see any issue you mentioned. Menu links are working fine, homepage looks fine same as other browser. So not sure what you are referring. You can try attaching some screenshots on your end.
Thanks

Paul RModeratorHi,
Thank you for providing your login credentials.
I can’t replicate the issue on my end.
Can you try clearing the cache fully in your ipad, within the Settings app, tap Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
Tap Remove All Website Data to clear the cache.
Hope that helps.

rgboyleParticipantFor information, it was a plugin that was causing the problems. By changing the settings in the plugin, the iPad and iPhone problems have been overcome. (The plugin settings chosen were not what I would prefer, but they are workable.)
