Before the recent theme upgrade I had shortcodes working for my main menu. Now I’m trying to get icons back in and I’m having trouble making it work. I have a child theme running but I suspect some of the content hadn’t made it to the child theme. Can you help we with this. I did find a topic but the code doesn’t work.

explorington.com is my URL. However, I have changed all my shortcode menus to text. It was hideous! I didn’t enable ubermenu.

Thanks, actually pure shortcodes does not work on menu label so I’m not sure what shortcode you’re referring to. If its an Icon on menu you need, please follow this post: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/using-font-awesome-icons-in-the-navigation-menu/#post-1029798

Thank you. I got it to work. Can you help me change the size of the icons? I want the icons larger but not the other fonts.

Hi there,

Please add following code in Customize -> Custom -> CSS :

ul#menu-main li a i {
    font-size: 22px;
}
