    So when i’m changing to other themes the main menu is there, but changing back to the x-theme and the menu is gone.

    Any ideas as to how I can get it back?

    Can you be sure that the menus are assigned properly in Appearance > menu when you make a theme switch?

    Hi There,

    Click Edit On your WordPress top admin bar.

    Find Page Attributes > Page Templates and Select Blank No Container Header Footer, I believe you have No Header.

    Page Attributes is located on the right just below update button.
