Hi guys…

Four questions in one please… website: liveeveryminute.co.uk

1. I’ve changed the color of the menu links in the customiser to lime green with a grey hover. Only two of the links (contact and search) have changed. Do you know how I can make the others the same please?

2. The titles on my slider (the big rotating images under the header) don’t seem to be responsive… when I shrink the screen, I seem to lose the text on the left hand side of the image. Any ideas?

3. I know you don;t provide Essential Grid support but I wondered if you had any thoughts on an issue I have. I have an EG under the sign up box. The first rows work fine, with the post title appearing on hover. For the last row, the hover disappears though and can’t be seen (or rather, it can be seen when the page first loads but then disappears if you try to make it show again).

4. How can I center allign the sign up button on my homepage? I’ve tried using both center-text class, or text-align: center; inline style but neither seem to work

Hi James,

1- You menu is green on the first 3 Items because all those items are connected to your home page, connect them to a different link or to non link at all, grey is your highlight color, when you hover or have a page active.

2- Please follow this thread: https://community.theme.co/forums/topic/responsive-text-in-slider-revolution/

3- Please try deactivating all the third party plugins and see check if the issue continues to happen.

4- Try adding text-align: center; to the style box of the column where your button is placed instead of the button element.

**Side note – I have been checking your website on the last days and there is always some difficulties to load it, I am not sure why that is hapenning, I believe is something related to your host, everytime I access it, by analysing your page I am finding :”ERROR: 504 (Gateway Timeout)”

Let´s try to improve your website memory limit and see if we can fix this issue, this might affect positively the overall performance of your website as well.

Would mind adding this in your wp-config.php located at the root directory of your site.

define( ‘WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘512M’ );
You can add it before the line

3 is still an issue… I’ve disabled all plug ins bar some essentials and it’s still doing it. It seems to happen when I click to another window in Chrome (say to check your responses), when I then go back to homepage it disappears.

Hi there,

Thanks for updating. Your ES grid seems fine on my end on Firefox and Chrome and can’t replicate such disappearing issue. Kindly clear your browsers’ cache and check again. Also update X to latest version.
