You could try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time. Also note to clear cache before deactivating caching plugin. Do let us know how this goes.

You really arent helping me here.

I have done a plugin check and it hasnt helped. I have run virus and hack checks and the site is secure. The menu and some of the clickable areas of the site are just not working. Ever since yesterday. There is no rhyme or reason for it as we haven’t done anything. We havent updated anything.

Can you please have a look?

Also – can you screenshot any issues you have. We haven’t got those issues our end.

Hi There,

The issue here might because of the minify settings from W3 Total Cache. You can exclude javascript from minification as it is already minified.

W3 Total Cache might change the order of scripts which is important in Javascript. This is why some components might break. Try disabling JS minify settings. Regretfully, this falls outside the scope of our support as this is an advanced topic and involves a third party plugin, script or service. Moreover, optimization is tricky as the setup differs from site to site.
